Endgrain Cutting Chopping Presentation Board
About the Product;
- It is made of mixed trees. Its surface is coated with mineral oil.
- It is produced with the end grain technique (vertically cut pieces) and does not dull the blade. It prevents bacteria from harboring in the tree and ensures that it has a longer life. Thus, blade deformations will be minimized and your knives will be less dull due to the verticality of the fibers.
- Cutting boards, defined as ''end grain cutting board'' in the world, are formed by placing the pieces of wood obtained from hard-medium hard trees in a perpendicular direction to the fiber direction.
- When the pieces of our boards that we produce in accordance with EU food safety standards are examined under a microscope, it will be seen that they have vertical extensions in the form of threads. This form of the product ensures that it has a durable structure. Wooden Cutting-Joining boards with fibers directed towards water undergo more deformation during cutting and wear out in a short time.
- The mineral oil and adhesive we use in the upper surface processes are suitable for use with food, and the trees we use are medium hard walnut, oak and beech trees cut in a controlled manner from industrial forests grown in our country.
