The main purpose of our company's recruitment process is to employ effective employees who are highly motivated, who will show commitment to the company and provide co-operation, and who will carry Naturel Wood into the future. In line with this purpose, our recruitment announcements are published on the corporate website and CVs are accepted through the Candidate Pool Application System created on our website. CVs sent via personal mail/email are not taken into consideration. Through the Candidate Pool Job Application System, candidates are selected from the CV pool in line with the needs and the required qualifications and these candidates are called for an interview. Interviews are competency-based, and personality tests, competency assessment and skills exams may also be applied to candidates depending on the requirements of the position. As a result of all these evaluations, a job offer is made by Naturel Wood Human Resources to the eligible candidates.
Orientation Training is a part of the recruitment process; the objectives of Orientation Training are to inform the newly recruited personnel about company policies, organisational structure of the company, production-service subject and process, social rights and responsibilities, working conditions, occupational safety, to prevent the alienation of the employee from the work and the company, to reduce the labour turnover rate by ensuring adaptation to the work.
An orientation programme consisting of basic training topics such as Products, Environment, Fire and Technical Safety, Total Quality Management, Team Work, Problem Solving Techniques, Competition and Productivity Training is implemented after the recruitment process is completed.
In addition, the Personnel Handbook, which contains general information such as Naturel Wood's history, quality understanding, product range and usage areas, workplace rules and transport information, is given to the new employees. In addition, their adaptation to work and workplace and their development are monitored and their feedbacks are evaluated with the ‘Personnel and Job Evaluation System’ for 1 year.
